Learning Links is an educational charity that works across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight encouraging groups and individuals to participate in learning. Learning Links offer a vast range of short courses, part time courses in local community venues, from art and computing to digital media. Learning Links also offer qualifications in maths and English and NVQs in Information, Advice and Guidance and Community Development. |

In Portsmouth, the WEA are based in the Omega Centre, Omega Street, Somerstown. |
